We live in Dubai for 13yrs, so lots of renovations using Ideal Standard(Sultaco) and other products, and never have we seen such an excellent and dedicated professional as Isaac Halawani of Sultaco. Very good knowledge of all products, and most importantly, genuine attention to customers! Usually companies will care to close the sale, but when it comes to warranty and after-sales, standards of response are way lower. Not with Isaac! You can be confident that as soon as you deal with Isaac , you will have the best experience possible.
Thank you, Isaac! We hope that the company appreciates and values you. You are a great asset to any business.

Excellent after sale service, very important in Dubai!
Thank you Isaac for your help, even with a small request you followed up and got it sorted, becoming rare in Dubai!
Also your advice on a new kitchen was very valuable.
Keep up the good work and thank you!
